As soon as you get your offer letter! Ideally 4-5 months before your course starts. The best rooms and affordable options sell out very fast, especially in cities like London and Toronto.
Do I need a guarantor?
In the UK and some other countries, if you want to pay rent in installments, you often need a local guarantor. If you don’t have one, you may need to pay the full rent upfront or use a guarantor service (we can help with this).
Are bills included in the rent?
For most Purpose Built Student Accommodation (PBSA), yes! Water, electricity, heating, and Wi-Fi are usually included. For private rentals, you usually have to pay bills separately.
